| Max's Prime Steakhouse is a traditional steak house in Lumina Station. Max's was inspired by the steak houses of Chicago and New York that have stood the test of time and kept the menu simple. Entrees, for the most part are a list of prime, Angus and Kobe beef steaks, or chops and fresh fish. There are lots of family-style side items and desserts from which to choose. The retro appetizer menu features lobster cocktail, steak tartar and oysters Rockefeller. The bar menu's focus is on stackers, or mini sandwiches. The new addition to the kitchen is a broiler that heats to 1,200 degrees. It's meant to cook the meat quickly and seal the juices. Hardwood floors, wallpaper and upholstery warm and broaden the long, narrow space. Outside it looks like an English garden. |
